What if I need to return an item?
Our return policy is 60 days from the shipment day with a 20% restock. To return an item please contact either the salesperson who handled your order or our accounts receivable department and request an RMA (Return Material Authorization) we will email you the RMA for you to include with your return. Please make note of the RMA number and clearly mark the outside of the package for easy identification which will speed up the process of your return. Also, please ensure proper packaging of the material in order to avoid any damage.
Note: We will not be able to issue a credit for material that has been damaged due to mishandling or poor packaging.
We will issue a credit after we have received the material back complete and in proper working order.
Once you receive the credit you may use it to deduct from a payment or for credit card purchases we will issue a refund to the original form of payment.

What kind of warranty do you offer?
If you buy a new product, it comes with a manufacturers warranty. If the product is new surplus or used/reconditioned and tested it comes with an RG Industries 1 year warranty. What forms of payment do you accept?
RG Industries accepts all major forms of payment including: on account, company checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Do you offer local job site identification?
Yes; RG Industries is proud of our highly knowledgeable staff and can assist you with many needs, including onsite identification. Just call one of our sales representatives so we can set up a time to come out and assist you.
How do I open an account?
Interested in opening an account? Our credit terms are Net 30. If you are interested in establishing credit with RG Industries, please fill out our Credit Application email to Jessica@electricalsource.com. Once you have been approved you will be notified by email.
In a hurry? No problem, ask your sales rep and give them your company name and phone number; in most cases you will have an answer that day.
